Soul Awakening
Dear friend
There are two levels of our existence, one is the formless, invisible, infinite, unlimited SOUL and the other is the visible, finite, limited form.
When you do things from your Soul, you will feel a river moving in you , a Joy - Rumi
The source and substance of your and my existence is formless, perfect and unconditionally loving soul. It has infinite potential and is in beyond the limitations of space and time. This aspect of our identity, our soul identity is beyond the five senses and beyond the mind.
The body mind identity is just one aspect of our existence. Your soul identity can be recognized through meditation and silence.
Are you willing to explore your Soul presence which is your true self ? Are you willing to move from the limited and complicated mind space to the loving, wise, powerful and beautiful space of the heart and soul?
Looking back in your life do you notice that there is an underlying feeling of lack, waiting, striving, emptiness and a hope that tomorrow would be better ( or dread that tomorrow would be worse). There are moments of happiness and satisfaction but they do not last and change to the polar opposite with time.
We think if we had more money we would be fulfilled, if we had the ideal partner or if our partner would change his/her ways we would be happy and the emptiness in the heart will go away etc. etc. but the feeling of lack, loneliness and emptiness never go away, do they ?
Could the root cause of all our problems be that we have not recognized our soul ? Are we looking for solutions in the world when we should be looking inwards?
The soul goes through the trials and tribulations of a human life, until it is time for it to awaken and embrace its true power.
Remember you do not HAVE a Soul you ARE a Soul here and now.You cannot become what you already are, you can only awaken to your true identity.
Click on the link below to listen to meditation.
Please follow this audio with an open heart, follow the guidelines and see what unfolds for you. Do not analyse the contents or wonder how to do it, as your true self is already aware of what is being shared and needs no help from the mind. The pauses in the meditation are intentional, enjoy the silence, emptiness and peace. Silence as it is the doorway to God.
I would be happy to hear your feedback and comments
Love and Blessings

ReplyDeleteExistence is very simply and beautifully laid out in this blog. Every sentence in this blog can be directly related to the source of our misery and suffering. It states without complicating the message that seeking solutions to our problems in the phenomenal world trapped in the body-mind identity is itself the problem. And seeing ourselves as Soul as we truly are is the path and the solution. Thank you...
ReplyDeleteThanks Sanjay. Yes seeking happiness in the world is just that "Seeking" never "Reaching". It is a blessing that we have been drawn to go within to the source.
DeleteThanks for sharing. To me, while our identity has given us rootedness and anchorage, it has only put fetters on what we are. Practising the meditation gives a sense of our true identity which is that we are a soul, beyond name & time. Going from the finite to the infinite is the path of evolution.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes Dhruv, our identity as a person limits us and the Truth frees us. Spending more time in our formless self slowly ( for many of us) unties the bondage and dependency on the world of form and yet we can enjoy it without being attached.
DeleteThanks Susitha for the blog and the guided meditation. Every word from the blog resonated with my experience. The audio from the meditation stilled time briefly.
ReplyDeleteOne of the objectives as I make out from our meditation is to awaken the soul wisdom.( I am conscious that this statement also emanates from thought) . Soul has neither a past nor a future. Conventional thought dictates that wisdom comes from reflecting on our experience. When there is no past, there can be no experience. So, where does soul wisdom draws it's origin from?
